+The accommodation was very large and beautiful, very green, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our favorite place was the 24/7 pub. We were happy there and very pleased every time Victor served us. The best at the resort. There was a variety for breakfast and good drinks. There was also daily cleaning service if you wanted it, and they restocked the mini bar. When we checked out, even though we were without a room from 12:00, we used all the facilities, food, and pools until the pickup time for the airport.

−There were cockroaches, the cleaning wasn't very good, and the sheets often had blood on them when changed. The pool needs cleaning because it's super green and neglected. And please bring everything for the mosquitoes. I have my body from head to toe with 40 bites.

+The staff is very friendly, the hotel is beautiful, the facilities in general are clean and in good condition, they are always there to help you. We loved the kids club, we didn't leave there, it's amazing for the kids 🩷

−The lack of cleaning in the rooms was noticeable, we stayed for a week and it was very noticeable what wasn't done. The buffet isn't bad, but it lacks variety, it's always the same. The insistence from those selling timeshares was a bit overwhelming, you want to rest and they talked to us about it for at least three days.

−Considering it's a five-star, I don't think it deserves that classification. The food, the service, I think due to lack of staff training, leaves much to be desired.
