Excellent!! My partner and I enjoyed it a lot

+What I loved the most was the customer service, truly how kind absolutely everyone was, I loved the place, the room was beautiful, and I liked it a lot, and the facilities were quite clean and pleasant.

−I didn't like the drinks, for example not all, but the piña coladas with that machine I don't like at all, it doesn't taste like piña colada and a bit more variety in the buffet.

Unforgettable

+The beach, the view, the amenities, the restaurants

−Some employees didn't have a service attitude, they seemed tired and bored

−Everything was very neglected, many days we had to call room service because either the room hadn't been made, or it had been made but there were no towels or no foot towels. The buffet products were of rather low quality, and the advertisement is certainly misleading since out of the 5 restaurants most were closed or couldn't be reserved because they were fully booked. Finally, I found it disappointing to book airport transport with Booking (the same app I booked the accommodation with) and be sent to wait for transport outside the hotel. I had to sit for 40 minutes on the asphalt at 5:30 PM, with the heat and with the suitcases at the door as if I were a beggar. Honestly, these kinds of details seem very ugly and not worthy of a 5-star hotel, making someone wait outside the hotel seems inhumane to me.

Improve what's described

+I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and all the facilities

−I didn't like the attention from a lady who served us on 10/18/2026 at the bar next to the buffet. She was rude, not very diligent. The dinners in special restaurants, I only managed 1... I couldn't visit the other restaurants... the online reservation never worked and when I arrived at 8 am there were no spots left, I was with a group of 6 people, we were limited to only 1 dinner.
