Excelente hospedagem!

+O hotel é fantástico! Tem um terreno enorme, com uma praia maravilhosa, calma e de água transparente bem na frente, além de várias comodidades ótimas no hotel, como SPA, excelente restaurante, bar, etc.

−O que deixou a desejar um pouco foi o atendimento. Percebemos que isso não é algo exclusivo do hotel, mas sim de Curação. O atendimento do país, de maneira geral, não é de muita excelência. Por muitas vezes, você chega ao local e demoram para te atender (no caso do hotel, isso aconteceu principalmente no bar) ou não são muito cordiais (sorridentes, por exemplo) para atender. Às vezes, até parece que estão de mal humor. Os funcionários da recepção nos atenderam e ajudaram sempre com simpatia! O pessoal do restaurante e os rapazes que ajudavam com as malas também. Esse tipo de situação aconteceu mais com o bar mesmo, e com funcionários diferentes que lá estavam.

Heerlijk relaxed hotel nabij het centrum

+Heerlijk hotel met uitstekende service, heerlijk relaxed eigen strand met voldoende schaduw plekken. En een gym met uitgebreide faciliteiten. Divers publiek met relatief weinig Nederlanders

−Het personeel in de schooner bar in de avond was minder vriendelijk dan al het andere personeel. Ze waren meer onderling bezig dan met drankjes voor de gasten. Het duurde soms lang voordat gevraagd werd wat je wilde drinken.

+Piękna plaża, lokalizacja idealna, by móc poruszać się bez auta do centrum.

−Swobodny stosunek do klienta - kilka razy pytałam o późniejszy check out, ponieważ lot miałam wieczorem. Nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi ani na maila ani na watsappie, poszłam do recepcji, gdzie otrzymałam informację, że w dniu wymeldowania dopiero się dowiem czy jest taka możliwość. A w dniu wymeldowania poinformowano mnie, że mnie mój pokój już jest przeznaczony na wcześniejsze zameldowanie kolejnych turystów. Gdyby ten hotel miał 5 gwiazdek, taka sytuacja na pewno by nie miała miejsca. W ramach oczekiwania zaoferowano mi pokój z prysznicem z klimatyzacją, bym miała komfort na te kilka godzin.

Wonderful to celebrate honeymoon

+private beach , friendly staff, beautiful , they gifted us a whole bottle of cava for the honeymoon and had the room decorated

−we did not have the BF included and if we wanted to have it, it would have been 27 USD pp which was way too much for what it's worth. Speaking of, eveyrhting at the hotel was way too expensive, speaking of cocktails, food, the gift shop. The room could have been bigger.
