+The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping really cleaned every crevice and corner in the room. There were lots of activities to do. The hotel provided you with everything you may need in your bathroom such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving kit, sewing kit, shower cap, vanity kit and the other regular stuff.

−The hotel was packed so there was wait time for certain activities and in the main buffet restaurant. Also the food options could be better

If you are not going privilege don't go. Better bang for your buck at princess or riu Trelawny.

+We took the privilege package and enjoyed the facilities it offers

−The main dining is severely lacking in choices. Speed of replenishing and taste and this was the same experience shared by two family members who visited the facility this year.
