+Best beach at Aruba for sure. Breakfast is amazing with many options, staff very helpful and friendly at all time. Restaurants in the hotel with great election for everygody's taste. Nice gym, an the beach, once again the beach... paradaise!

Super Aufenthalt am schönsten Ort Arubas😁

+Das absolute Highlight ist der wunderschöne, breite Strand direkt vor dem Hotel. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen mit Palapas, und während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir eigentlich immer problemlos einen freien Platz gefunden. Auch am Pool waren genügend Liegen vorhanden und der Pool war jederzeit gut zugänglich. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön, ruhig und ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick im Erdgeschoss hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Gerade die größere Terrasse und der direkte Blick Richtung Meer waren für uns perfekt. Das Personal geht zudem sehr gut auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Insgesamt eine wirklich wunderschöne Anlage mit einer tollen Atmosphäre

−Der größte Kritikpunkt war für uns das Mittagessen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von acht Tagen ist die Auswahl einfach zu klein und zu eintönig. Man hat im Hotel mittags nur sehr begrenzte Möglichkeiten und die Speisekarte bietet auf Dauer deutlich zu wenig Abwechslung. Auch beim Service gab es spürbare Unterschiede. Abends in den Restaurants war der Service sehr professionell und man merkte deutlich, dass dort ausgebildete bzw. erfahrene Kellner arbeiten. Beim Frühstück und Mittagessen war das wesentlich wechselhafter. Einige Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und gut gelaunt, bei anderen wurde das Essen dagegen teilweise einfach nur auf den Tisch gestellt, ohne wirklichen Service. Hier fehlte uns etwas die Konstanz, die man bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Ein weiterer Punkt war der Umgang mit einem kleinen Hund eines Gastes. Wir mögen Hunde grundsätzlich, fanden es aber nicht angemessen, dass der Hund auf den Liegen lag, sich direkt am Pool aufhielt und in Strandtücher des Hotels eingewickelt wurde. Gerade im Hinblick auf andere Gäste mit Allergien oder Angst vor Hunden sollten hier aus unserer Sicht klarere Regeln gelten.

+…our weeklong stay (May 2026) at Manchebo Resort on Eagle Beach was so enjoyable that we have booked ourselves a repeat stay at this gem! We are returning for Thanksgiving week stay at Manchebo!!!

Life Savers

+We have been coming to this resort for 15 years. On our most recent stay my wife had a serious medical emergency which required immediate hospitalization in Aruba. This started at 230 AM Sunday morning, on the day we were scheduled to check out. The resort provided transportation for my wife to the hospital emergency room immediately. The manager met me the next day and informed me that my wife and I were family and they would provide any assistance needed. They provided me with frequent rides to the hospital to be with my wife and extended my stay on the island. Management checked in with me daily to address my needs and inquire about my wife's health. On the day of my wife's discharge, one of the managers personally drove us to the airport. Words cannot describe the compassion and caring that the Manchebo family offered us. My shout out list is long: Edgar, Randall and Patrick in management. Melvin, overnight for his immediate and decisive attention. Andrew and Del who's compassion and support was unmatched. Brandon, for always being there for me in the evenings. Nacio, who is like a brother to me. Everyone in reservations for always finding another room for another night. And finally, my review of the resort: The rooms, food, beach and staff are the best on the island. Please stay here. You will fall in love. Paul and Christine.
