We liked the art displayed throughout the hotel. The decor was very elegantly curated. We stayed in an ocean view suite and it was clean and well designed. I wish we had the option for closing off the soaking tub and bathroom from the bedroom though. The staff is well trained in customer service - anticipating guests needs and doing everything to ensure the experience was top-notch. The beach was beautiful and lounge chair attendants and beach wait staff were very attentive.
Housekeeping did not make the beds when they serviced the suite. This was unusual. The shower, while luxurious was complex to operate and some instructions would have been helpful especially for older guests.
The room was an excellent size, quiet and overlooked the pool and the sea. The bed and the pillows were comfortable - excellent nights sleep. The offering for breakfast, lunch and dinner was also good. Quality of food good and very tasty. The staff were warm and friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The Beach was paradise!
would liked to of had a better selection of alcoholic drinks in the room and he gym was a bit dark
The staff is freaking awesome! Peta-Gay at the front desk was the best, she was so accommodating and just very sweet. The bar staff were the best, especially Tamala (spelled wrong) she made me my own signature drink. Will absolutely will be back!
The bed sheets were made tight and I could have used another blanket. That's it!
What I loved most was the staff and aesthetic of the space.
