C'est un très bel établissement. Les piscines sont très agréables. Le personnel est accueillant. Les chambres sont propres et confortables.
Il fait beaucoup trop froid dans les couloirs et les chambres; il n'y a aucun intérêt ni pour l'hôtel ni pour la planète à mettre la clim si froide. Certains clients sont surement contents, mais rien ne sèche dans les chambres, même en éteignant la clim! L'hôtel est actuellement en rénovation, donc ce n'était malheureusement pas très calme. Les repas y sont très chers et la qualité des plats au bar de plage est moyenne. Malheureusement certains clients VIP ont des droits qui gâchent un peu le plaisir des autres (enceinte avec musique forte sur la plage et en bord de piscine, repas pris dans la piscine....), c'est dommage de ne pas prendre en compte toute la clientèle.
The Karoke on Monday 12th was really good until one of the waitresses, took the mic and attempted a Whitney Houston song and smashed it, it was fantastic and she got a well deserved standing ovation! and simply went back to work!
Having breakfast on the balcony with the birds was unsettling, they fly about freely, and eat the left overs from guests that have finished, I would have thought some measures of preventing them flying in would be necessary
The staff were phenomenal! They were very attentive and even sent something special to me for my birthday. The guest rooms were comfortable and very clean. Great night sleep. Wonderful entertainment on protect night.
Sometimes the start time of the Carneega rum restaurant did not match what was listed on the Hilton website. Same with the Hilton vs Carneega refresher.
The view and the facility was excellent.
