I loved the beach access. I also liked maintenance and clean up, they cleaned up the rooms. I also liked the food and the staff.
The drinks weren’t atrong and really sugary. The floors in the lobby smelled like sour water and I saw it was because they weren’t changing the mop water.
The staff interaction with guests
That you had to pay for laundry service and wait 48hrs to get it back
It was very clean the suite was nice
Tv didn’t work one elevator no room service and villa was far for me walking while pregnant also you didn’t have access to the other properties on the resort unless you paid to come over
The staff was great. They were very helpful and friendly.
I didn't like the fact that there was no room service. There also was no transport to rooms that were not close to the lobby. I didn't like that at most of the restaurants reservations had to be made.
The breakfast was great. Location was good for us. We got a lot of steps in during our stay.
Our room safe did not work. Our toilet intermittently ran for no reason. Maintenance could not fix the safe and did not address the toilet.
The staff was very nice
The men made you feel Very uncomfortable
Conveniently located near the airport, smooth check-in and check-out, delicious food options, great entertainment! Everything was wonderful! I would definitely recommend!
Drinks were a little watered down but that's expected at an all inclusive resort.
