The Staff. The diamond club butlers were extremely nice.
No water was available on our last day. The restaurant staff were a bit unpleasant.
The resort has a beautiful beachfront location, lovely swimming pools, and attractive surroundings. The location has great potential for a relaxing family holiday.
Our experience was extremely disappointing, especially as we were travelling with young children. We faced unexpected additional charges and poor communication about the room price and upgrade. The sofa bed was not prepared as promised, and the doorstop and wall were damaged. Most seriously, we found smashed glass and a vape on our terrace. Despite reporting the broken glass to reception three times, it was not removed, and my three-year-old daughter injured her toe on the glass. This was frightening and completely unacceptable. We were also very disappointed by the lack of care, respect, and appropriate assistance when we raised our concerns. The hotel's response to these serious safety issues fell far below our expectations.

Beautiful island, lovely resort with mostly lovely staff.Great pools and beach.
Reason for low score - we were charged an extra $3,000 at check in for an upgrade we didn’t ask for or want in order to get a room with a double bed! We had no choice - pay or leave! Appalling customer service. Left today. Offered $1,000 back but we declined. The holiday cost $10,000 excluding flights! Certainly not worth this amount. Diamond Club useless, food mediocre, several bars closed, very limited room service menu and they don’t deliver beverages to the room except for breakfast. Definitely NOT luxury and beyond annoyed with the large extra charge which we are still disputing.
